§ 01
THE BRIEF
This 1993 Chevrolet 454 SS arrived as a solid starting point for a complete reimagining. The goal is to keep the clean, factory-white SS silhouette intact while rewriting everything underneath and under the hood. A Roadster Shop Low Pro chassis sets the stance, a Don Hardy supercharged LS makes north of 900 horsepower, and a Bowler 8HP70 transmission puts it to the ground. Inside, Dakota Digital RTX gauges, a fresh LMC dash, and Classic Auto Air keep the cabin as current as the drivetrain. Every detail — from the Johnsons radiator to the air ride suspension and subtle body mods — is being handled in-house.
§ 02 — Note from the shop
"Nineties truck attitude with a thousand-horsepower secret. Subtle on the outside, serious everywhere else."

J002§ 04 — Process
Chapter by chapter.
Every build is documented as it moves through the shop. Here's how this one came together.
C003Body & stance
The factory 454 SS body stays clean and white, with subtle modifications that tighten proportions without shouting. Air ride suspension and the Low Pro chassis let the truck sit exactly where it needs to.
C004Powertrain
A Don Hardy supercharged LS engine delivers 920 horsepower through a Bowler Performance 8HP70 transmission. Big power, reliable hardware, and a clean install.
C005Chassis & suspension
Roadster Shop Low Pro chassis with air ride suspension. Modern geometry, modern ride quality, and the low stance these trucks deserve.
C006Interior & details
New LMC dash, Dakota Digital RTX gauges, Classic Auto Air climate control, and a Johnsons radiator. The cabin gets the same level of attention as the engine bay.
