These billet latches allow you to eliminate your old clangy chains. No more scratching your paint job or beautiful patina. These utilize the original chain mounting points both on the tailgate and on the bed end cap. You will need to re-tap the bed hole to 1/2-13 threads and drill the hole on the tailgate tab out to 1/2”. That’s it! Then bolt these bad boys on for a stylish look. The kit comes with some trick stainless hardware which is what helps make this a clean install. The push-button pins are stainless as are the 1/2-13 receptacles. The billet aluminum latches swing out of the way on a 316 stainless steel shoulder bolt with a pre-installed threaded insert. Also included are two tailgate stops “Flippers” which eliminate your tailgate chains and those unsightly scissor holds or cables. They can be installed on the bottom edge of your tailgate with minimal cutting and drilling and hold your tailgate open at a 90 degree angle. When installed correctly you won’t even be able to see them. The stops are laser cut from 1/2” thick steel and come pre-drilled and tapped and also come with the necessary stainless hardware and instructions. Available in raw billet aluminum (no measurable machining marks) basically they are smooth but look really cool. Sold as a matching pair. Flat Recess Dimple Dies are great for making a fastener sit just a little bit below the surface of your panel or flip it over and it can be just a little higher than your panel. These add substantial strength to the panel as well as a clean, detailed look. You choose which kit you want 2, 4, or 6 dies. The larger the diameter, the deeper they get. These particular dies are rated for 16ga mild steel. These dies can be installed with a hydraulic press or large bench vise. Larger dies may be installed with an impact driver. This Gapper Pad is designed by Hammerfab to help you get those door gaps set to the desired gap for a crisp, clean look. We chose the most common sizes, 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4". (These measurements include the thickness of a 3M Greencorp 50grit Roloc disc attached to the backer. Thickness may vary depending on which style or brand of discs you are using). It has the same 1/4" steel arbor as our 3" Backer Pads. Dimples on the backside are there for better grip while removing disks.

These bead rolling "Tipping" dies are designed by Hammerfab for tipping or turning a flange on a sheet metal panel. When you need to make a curved bend, bolt on this tipping die. Tip a curved flange on a fender or door skin. Use it for tipping a perfectly straight line if you don't have a sheet metal break. This is the best quality made in the USA dimple die available. This #10 Crater Maker is the little brother to our 1/4" Crater Maker. CNC machined from 4140 alloy steel and heat-treated for hardness. These dimple dies to press a unique detail around your #10 fasteners on your inner fenders, engine compartment, or another attachment area that needs a little strength and style. Comes with an alignment pin for installation with a vise or press. Works great with button heads, 12pt fasteners, and socket cap screws. Note: *do not press on alignment pin* Made in the USA

This is the best quality made in the USA dimple die available. Need to add a little bit of detail to your work? Drill or punch a 1/4” hole where you would like this detail then use either an impact hammer (air or cordless) or a hydraulic press to drive these dies together and form a unique "Crater" in your panel. These dimple dies are made from 4140 alloy steel and then hardened and tumbled for a smooth finish. Dimensions are 1.5" diameter by approximately 1" combined height. These dies have been tested on 22, 20, and 18ga mild steel. 18 gauge mild steel is the maximum capacity. Each kit comes with a grade 8 hardened nut and bolt for die alignment.(NOTE) The final hole size will naturally end up slightly larger than the 1/4” that it started out as. This is normal and you should plan on using a flanged bolt or a washer with your fastener. Anti-seize should be used on threads and forming surfaces to prevent galling and it also aids in the removal of dies from the panel. Some distortion will occur to your panel, therefore either some pre-stretching of the area may be required, and/or correction to the surrounding area may be needed depending on the metal type, thickness, and application.

Our assembly hammer is a must-have tool for detailed assembly work on high-end projects. These are the best quality made in the USA dimple dies available. These dies are designed to recess the flange of a riv nut in a sheet metal panel. This allows you to bolt two panels together without the obstruction of a riv nut head. These dies are CNC machined from 4140 Pre-hard alloy steel. These all have 1/4-20 threads on the female die. Drill a 1/4" hole in your panel, install the dimple, then drill the 1/4" hole out to the proper size for the desired riv nut. De-burr and install the riv nut. NOTE: *A step bit or uni-bit works best for getting closer to your final hole size. This will keep the hole centered with the dimple. *Can be installed with a bolt but works best when installed with our HF-D100 hydraulic installation tool with 3750 lbs of pull force. The stock K-member hoop is not quite big enough to clear the modern style drive shaft so you will need to cut out a section of your existing K-member and weld this bad boy in. It will add all the strength back and then some. It comes with a drop out, bolt in bottom plate which makes servicing the trans and driveshaft much easier. You could also use this drop out perch as an exhaust hanger mount if you wanted. This loop also serves as the exhaust pass through so that your exhaust and transmission no longer have to grab the ground or limit how low you can go!

These are the best quality made in the USA dimple dies available. Raised Recess Dimple Dies are just like the old ones you would see on a car from the thirties. They create a raised bump upward and have a countersunk bottom that is designed to work with standard 82 degree countersunk fasteners. The shape these make allows you to use a countersunk fastener without any clearance issues on the bottom side of your panel. The set comes with #8, #10, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8. The HF-D100 Hydraulic Installation tool is a must for any serious fabricator. This tool is very versatile as it can be used for installing dimple dies, riv nuts, and also for punching holes if you have the proper dies. It is hand operated with a pump-action and has an easy access button for releasing the pressure. Comes with 1/4-20 mandrel and hard plastic case. Additional mandrels are sold separately. 3750 lbs of pull force are perfect for the riv nut recess dies, riv nuts, flush recess dies (requires the additional mandrels sold separately) or anything requiring 3750 lbs of force or less. Crater makers require too much force for this tool.

We designed these wheel stands with versatility in mind. If you are going to spend this kind of money on a shop tool it better do a lot! Well these do a lot!! We design products that we would use around our shop usually because all the other options are either inadequate or they just don't exist. You can buy these as a "U-Weld-It" kit or we can fully TIG weld them and powder coat them. *Casters only come with the We-Weld-It & Powder coat it kit. We will update you with tracking info and status updates. *If you'd like the casters they are heavy duty, corrosion resistant, non-locking, polyurethane with roller bearings. They are not cheap! They must withstand the weight of a vehicle and the ones we sell do! The casters we sell are engineered to be able to effortlessly push a vehicle across a smooth shop floor without marring the floor. *Uprights may be MIG or TIG depending on the situation. Either way they will be stout. Our wheel stands do several things: 1- they can be used as wheel stands, for putting your car on with wheels and tires installed. 2- they can be used without wheels and tires (with accessory hub adapter uprights) and bolt directly to your hubs and axles (bolt patters: 5x4.5, 5x4.75, 5x5) 3- with accessory caster plates they can be rolled around a smoother floor with a car bolted to the accessory hub adapters (rolling with tires resting can be done but also dangerous and should only be done in short distances slowly as car could potentially slide off if precautions aren't taken). 4- the wheel stands have 2x2" square holes cut in them which can serve as temporary crossmember slide mounts. This is great for mocking up rear ends or engines in jig type form while the car is elevated on the wheel stands. This is a safe way to fabricate if you don't have a lift in your shop. These holes can also be used for mounting temporary scaffolding for sanding or mechanic work (you make it), or other fixtures. 5- use a low profile floor jack to slide under the center section for installing caster plates or if you just want to raise them up a bit more. 6- the stands are easily stowed. when laid sideways they can be stacked on top of each other. You could also make a custom rack our of 2x2" tubing to hang them on the wall.

Now, you can enhance both performance and aesthetics with our exquisite billet stainless steel (304) header flanges, designed for those who refuse to settle for mediocrity. These flanges feature a 1-7/8” bore for round tubing on the outside and a similar D-shaped bore on the inside, ensuring optimal flow for serious boost. The back side is meticulously machined with integrated raised “boost seals” around each port, designed to embed into the included laser-cut copper gaskets, which are perfectly port-matched to the flanges. It's up to you whether to port match your heads to these flanges. Crafted for durability, these flanges are 3/8” thick on the flat parts and .810” thick at the tallest point of each port hole. Each bolt hole is reinforced with a raised boss to add thickness and distribute the load evenly when torquing down the flanges. The provided stainless steel flanged bolts come with serrated knurls on the backside to prevent unwanted loosening. Anti-seize is highly recommended when installing to prevent galling of threads. Proudly made in Texas, these flanges are guaranteed to have less than .002” deflection when placed on a granite surface. Each set is shrink-wrapped to a cardboard backer to ensure safe delivery without any damage. *Note: For those who prefer a polished finish, some sanding may be required to remove tool marks around each port, although the surface is already very smooth.

Hammer Fab is all about metal shaping. If you are a tool junkie like us you have hunted down a Pullmax machine and now you want to deck it out with all the toys. Well, you have come to the right place! This base raises the machine 16" off the ground—about 5-6" higher than stock. We integrated massive tooling storage racks on each side between the legs. If you're serious about metal shaping, you'll need the extra tool space. Get ergonomic and lift your Pullmax to stop hunching over. All parts are CNC laser-cut from HRPO steel and drop-shipped for final welding. The parts are tabbed and slotted for easy welding—you can't get it wrong! The tool trays have stops that bolt onto the back with PEM inserts so your tools don't fall into the abyss. Check the CAD drawing to ensure this fits your machine. Some machines vary slightly, so let us know if we need to make adjustments. It's no big deal. You will be billed separately for shipping. This will come on a pallet.
