Hammer Fab warrants the quality of our products only. The use of Hammer Fab products is beyond our control and; therefore, is the sole responsibility of the user. In the event of a defective product claim, Hammer Fab requires that pictures detailing the defect be submitted or the product returned to Hammer Fab for review and investigation. Upon confirmation of a defect, Hammer Fab warrants the replacement value of the product only. Hammer Fab liability will not exceed the value of the Hammer Fab product involved. Hammer Fab is not responsible for any consequential damages.
