These quick attachment lugs, a Hammer Fab exclusive are a great way to mount, hang, attach, or latch components on your hot rod, custom car, or bike. The final result is a clean look both when the component is attached and when it is removed. No special tools are required to remove the panels using this system. A firm pull and the panel will pop off. The lugs can be bolted to a panel from the backside using a machine screw or welded on the stud. Crater Maker Washers are designed to complement our Crater Maker Dimple dies. The washers give a "bolt-on" detail. The washers will match our Dimple Dies exactly. The washers are stamped out of laser-cut 18ga Stainless Steel. We individually polish and package each stainless crater. You’ll receive a perfectly polished piece saving you hours of polishing work. The edge of the washer sits off the panel at the center the washer makes contact. If your paint or polished surface is marred it will be hidden. These are designed to work with the most common fasteners such as button heads, ARP, and Socket cap style screws. All washers come as a set of 10. The washers are available in raw, polished, and Cerakote black finishes. (Cerakote parts are done in lots so different lots may vary in color and sheen) All designed, manufactured, and packaged in the USA!

These billet latches allow you to eliminate your old clangy chains. No more scratching your paint job or beautiful patina. These utilize the original chain mounting points both on the tailgate and on the bed end cap. You will need to re-tap the bed hole to 1/2-13 threads and drill the hole on the tailgate tab out to 1/2”. That’s it! Then bolt these bad boys on for a stylish look. The kit comes with some trick stainless hardware which is what helps make this a clean install. The push-button pins are stainless as are the 1/2-13 receptacles. The billet aluminum latches swing out of the way on a 316 stainless steel shoulder bolt with a pre-installed threaded insert. Also included are two tailgate stops “Flippers” which eliminate your tailgate chains and those unsightly scissor holds or cables. They can be installed on the bottom edge of your tailgate with minimal cutting and drilling and hold your tailgate open at a 90 degree angle. When installed correctly you won’t even be able to see them. The stops are laser cut from 1/2” thick steel and come pre-drilled and tapped and also come with the necessary stainless hardware and instructions. Is it time to eliminate your tailgate chains or even those unsightly scissor holds or cables? We have developed this clean, trick alternative to keeping your tailgate flat while open but also keep your friends scratching their heads. They are laser cut from 1/2” thick steel and come pre drilled and tapped along with the proper stainless hardware for installation. just cut a small rectangular slot in the bottom of your tailgate, drill a few holes, bolt these on and bam, you can eliminate your chains, cables, and scissor holds. These are universal but are guaranteed to work with ‘59-‘66 GM Fleetside tailgates.

Weld this 3/8” thick steel pad to your floor pan and bolt your GM style dimmer switch to it from the top side. This eliminates the need for bolts to pass through your floor and also eliminates the need for Riv nuts. It also supports the plug to prevent failure. Comes with 1/4-20 threads pre installed. These tailgate stops allow you to eliminate your clangy, scratchy, noisy, rusty chains! Install these into your stock tailgate with minimal modification. They are a semi-bolt on product (you will need to cut slots in the bottom of your tailgate and back of rear bed sill in order to fit and work. Also you will need to countersink the hole (or drill first if you don’t have one) so that the supplies fastener sits flush behind the stock tailgate hinge. Laser cut from 1/2” thick steel these are plenty sturdy enough to support your tailgate but we do not recommend standing or sitting on the tailgate due to the increased leverage applied to the tailgate. Stops should contact on the bottom of the rear bed sill when open. This textured switch plate is specifically designed to replace the ash tray in the center console of your 4th Gen F-Body. It features a Rockford Fosgate Bass volume control knob and an accessory toggle switch (sold separately) and can be purchased either bare or with the bass knob. The plate is secured with a small amount of double sided tape and does not require any cutting or modifications. Rest assured, the lid will close completely with this switch plate in place. Also available as a blank with no holes.

Strip Tabs metal strips have been laser cut with precision so that you don't have to figure out all the spacing of your holes. Smooth laser cut edges don't need sanding! These strips can be welded to your roll cage, window opening, or even butt welded directly to a flat panel to appear as if it was always part of that panel. This Radiator was designed in collaboration with Hammer Fab and Johnsons Radiator Works specifically for LS/LT swaps. It bolts directly into the stock location and has the correct inlet and outlet port sizes for modern LS/LT hookup. It is designed to accept at least 700HP heat demands. We recommend installing a separate transmission cooler which is why this one does not come with a built in cooler. Accepts a modern billet or standard radiator cap and has overflow tube. Also has a petcock drain at the bottom. It you plan on installing our front suspension with splined sway bar this will clear and fit perfectly! Made in USA. To start, copper has a 40% MORE thermal cooling efficiency over aluminum. Paired with a proprietary serpentine fin design we use - designed by Walker Radiator - with over 600,000 louvers in each radiator. This eliminates air boundary build up inside the core. Vehicles from the 1930’s have up to 40% less core size than today’s cars/trucks. Majority of todays cars/trucks are equipped with 400-500hp, AC condensers, and are daily driven demanding a resilient cooling system - and that’s where we come into play.

Finally an affordable solution for high flow stainless headers for your Gen3 Hemi! These were designed right here at Hammer Fab and include features like, 1/2" thick stainless flanges, 1-7/8" OD stainless primary tubes, 3" OD V-band collectors. Ground clearance will not be an issue as these do not stick down any further than the 8HP transmission oil pan. The flanges are laser cut out of 1/2" thick 304 Stainless steel then de-burred prior to assembly. The 1-7/8" primary tubes are 3D printed out of 316 stainless with .065" wall thickness. The tubes will come with a light texture raw finish (looks like cast metal). Each tube will have 2-3 TIG weld seams that will be back purged and fixtured in house. The collectors are also 3D Printed out of 316 Stainless steel and include a built in 3" V-Band flange with male protrusion (matches Stainless Bros flanges). Available in raw, TIG welded finish only.

If you plan on upgrading your 59-60 Buick with our 4L80E and LS swap kit you will also want to grab one of these. The stock K-member hoop is not quite big enough to clear the modern style drive shaft so you will need to cut out a section of your existing K-member and weld this bad boy in. It will add all the strength back and then some. It comes with a drop out, bolt in bottom plate which makes servicing the trans and driveshaft much easier. You could also use this drop out perch as an exhaust hanger mount if you wanted. This loop also serves as the exhaust pass through so that your exhaust and transmission no longer have to grab the ground or limit how low you can go!

This setup also requires a Dodge truck rear sump oil pan, and oil pickup. Oil pan may be modified for extra ground clearance, but is not required. Future tests will include fitting a LS engine, and even a Gen 3 Hemi engine. Gen 3 Hemi requires a Holley rear sump oil pan. We currently only guarantee the fitment of a big block Mopar, and small block Mopar but you are welcome to build and weld your own custom mounts to this bare metal K-member. *NEW- We now offer form fit stainless headers for Gen 3 Hemi. These are designed to work with our K-member specifically. Enhanced Stiffness The kit also includes mid-frame stiffeners, or “frame connectors,” that tie the front and rear of the car together for a sturdier ride. If you plan on applying more than 350 hp to your car, it is recommended to use these. They require welding to the stock floor pans but do not require any cutting. We opted for the “L” channel style instead of a tubular style for several reasons: Rigidity: Made from very rigid 10ga laser cut steel that is contoured to fit the stock floor with 3D scanning technology. Less Warpage: Welding one edge creates less warpage along the length of the car. These spindles also accept 2019 ZL1 Camaro sealed bearing hubs, maintaining the stock track width for your third gen f-body. They're compatible with both stock and aftermarket struts, and can even achieve a "wide body look" with our optional 1/2" hub spacer. With the ability to bolt on ZL1-1LE wheels or other modern billet wheels, you'll never have to worry about stopping power or bearing maintenance again. Plus, each spindle includes a billet steering arm made of aircraft grade 7075-T6 aluminum, ensuring the same steering geometry as an original third gen f-body. (NOTE): Hubs come with a 5x120 mm bolt circle, 14mm x 1.5 studs, and fit a 67.1 mm center bore. Do you need your 4th Gen F-Body instrument bezel repaired? Got broken tabs? We have a couple of solutions for you that won’t break the bank. 1) We developed some repair parts made from ABS plastic that you can buy and install yourself with CA clue (included) and a small torch, or….. 2) You can mail us your instrument bezel and we can repair the broken tabs for you and ship it back to you, ready to install. (Selecting this option is for the deposit only, final quote will be determined per job) 3) If your instrument bezel needs more than just repairing the broken tabs we can also fix cracks, refinish to factory appearance, custom paint, vinyl wrap, or upholster your bezel to the color of your choice (Selecting this option is for the deposit only, final quote will be determined per job)

Now, you can enhance both performance and aesthetics with our exquisite billet stainless steel (304) header flanges, designed for those who refuse to settle for mediocrity. These flanges feature a 1-7/8” bore for round tubing on the outside and a similar D-shaped bore on the inside, ensuring optimal flow for serious boost. The back side is meticulously machined with integrated raised “boost seals” around each port, designed to embed into the included laser-cut copper gaskets, which are perfectly port-matched to the flanges. It's up to you whether to port match your heads to these flanges. Crafted for durability, these flanges are 3/8” thick on the flat parts and .810” thick at the tallest point of each port hole. Each bolt hole is reinforced with a raised boss to add thickness and distribute the load evenly when torquing down the flanges. The provided stainless steel flanged bolts come with serrated knurls on the backside to prevent unwanted loosening. Anti-seize is highly recommended when installing to prevent galling of threads. Proudly made in Texas, these flanges are guaranteed to have less than .002” deflection when placed on a granite surface. Each set is shrink-wrapped to a cardboard backer to ensure safe delivery without any damage. *Note: For those who prefer a polished finish, some sanding may be required to remove tool marks around each port, although the surface is already very smooth.

These laser cut steel mounts are just what you need to convert your LS engine to an old school style three bolt rubber engine mount. These offset your LS engine as far back on the block as possible without hitting the castings on the block. They come with the necessary metric hardware (stainless) for mounting to your block.
